After trying out the first method carefully if your error issue still persists, I suggest you follow this method here and try out it. Here is the stepwise instruction of the method. In this method, we will try to add DNS address manually to Windows.

1st Step:Navigate the network icon on the right corner of your computer taskbar, then right-click on it. Next, select and click on “Open Network and Sharing Center” alternative.

Or, you can simply open the RUN Dialog box by pressing “Windows Key+R” at the same time. Type a text “ncpa.cpl” in the RUN box and hit Enter key or click on OK button.

2ndStep: Next select the proper network adapter you are using. If your computer is connected to an Ethernet cable, then choose “Local Area Connection” alternative; and if you are connected to a Wi-Fi network, choose “Wireless Network Connection”.

3rd Step: After choosing the correct network adapter of your computer, hit right-mouse-click on the same followed by clicking on the “Properties” alternative from the list.

4th Step: Once the properties window is opened, navigate to select the “Internet Protocol version 4 (TCP/IPv4)”, and click the “Properties”.

5th Step: By default, both the IP and DNS addresses are set to “Automatic”. Now in this section, select the button that says “Use the following DNS server address” and input the following numbers to solve the err name not resolved or err_name_not_resolved error:

Preferred DNS Server- 8.8.4.4

Alternate DNS Server- 8.8.8.8

Now, click “OK” button and close the entire Window.
